Burndown Charts

Burndown charts are visual tools used in Agile project management to track the progress of work over time, typically in sprints. They plot the amount of work remaining (often in story points or tasks) on the vertical axis against time on the horizontal axis, showing a downward trend as work is completed. This helps teams monitor if they are on track to finish their commitments by the end of a sprint or project.
